Allow me to introduce you to Galatenio, in its final form as a Cretan cream cheese. It is a blend of goat’s and sheep’s milk (50% sheep’s milk, 50% goat’s milk) made with 100% natural ingredients. During the production of these dairy products, this particular cheese was made by the mother of the Malakis family and, due to its exceptional flavour and unique characteristics, customers began to order it and ask for it constantly. I am now presenting it to you in an improved form, with a new logo and design highlighting the fact that it is made from half goat’s milk and half sheep’s milk. In the background is the Rodakino Mountain in Crete, where goats and sheep graze freely on the slopes, creating a distinct, picturesque image that directly links the product to its place of origin.
